Website Design
We offer a wide range of website design options to meet the requirements of
all of our customers.
Clients have three choices when it comes to purchasing their website:
- A set template design website, with a set price
- A custom website design with a set price
- Ask us to quote for a bespoke website
There is no set size or minimum cost on any of our websites.
The websites in the store section of the site with set prices are for easy sale to our clients, but if a client wants something different to those available in our store, they can ask us for a quote and we will get back to them with a price ASAP.
The prices shown are the prices you pay, we do not have any hidden charges.
Domain Registration/Hosting
We can offer advice on domain name registration and hosting or register a domain name of the client's choice (subject to availability) on their behalf and set up hosting for your website after sale, so that the website can be up and running usually within 24 hours of completion.
Domain names are registered for 2 years in the first instance and can be renewed before expiry.
Our hosting plan lasts for one year, and can be renewed annually.
If clients wish to pay directly for their own hosting/domain this is possible, you can either
choose to take over payment for the hosting and domain we have
set up for you or after purchase you can choose to just receive the
pages/images/scripts for your website to install on your own hosting
yourself.
Installation
Clients can pay us a one-off fee to install their new site on their own hosting and
test everything works correctly since the setup of your hosting may differ from the host we test them on.
Aftercare
Web testing – we will check the entire website you have purchased from us to
check for any faults. Any we do find will be corrected immediately. This
service is only included with the subscription package.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) – This allows for your website to rank higher
in search engines, making it easier for you to get noticed.
Major fault repairs – If your website encounters any major faults after sale,
then we will fix it for a fee of £35 an hour. We will give you a quote as to
how long the work is expected to take after reviewing what needs to be done to fix the
problem. If problems arise in the first month after sale, then these problems
will be fixed at no extra charge.
